Guest Policies

  • Check In: 3PM
  • Check Out: 12PM 
  • Extended Stay: For stays longer than 21 nights, contact us directly
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation and check in 
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee reservation, and valid legal identification is required upon arrival
  • Check-in authorization amounts: $150 per day

Extra Charges

  • Extra-person: $30 per night. Children under 18 stay free with existing bedding
  • Self-parking: $55 (plus tax) per night
  • Roll-away bed: $20 per night

Pets Welcome

  • Pet fee: non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 (plus tax) per stay
  • Any service animal or dog under 60 lbs or under permitted
  • Guests must sign a pet waiver upon arrival

Taxes & Fees

  • 16.45% tax includes: 14% Occupancy Tax, 0.39% Tourism Assessment tax, and 2.06% City Tax
  • Amenity fee: $35 (plus tax) per day 

Cancellation Policies

  • The cancellation policy is dependent on the type of rate that is booked. Some rates are disclosed as non-refundable.
  • For refundable rates, cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your stay. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur one night’s room and tax charged to the credit card on file. 
  • If you choose to leave before your scheduled check out day, you will be charged for an additional one night’s stay.
